Johnny Melendrez is a licensed real estate agent with WTX Realty and a proud Lubbock native. Born and raised in West Texas, Johnny has a strong appreciation for the community and the people who call it home.

As a husband and father, Johnny understands the importance of finding a place where families can build memories and truly feel at home. With more than 20 years of experience serving others, he has developed a strong foundation in listening, communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Outside of real estate, Johnny enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, watching movies, and playing video games. He also has many years of boxing training experience and enjoys giving back to the Lubbock community through his service in children’s ministry at The Lubbock Dream Center.
